What we collect
When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form on the Aurelia Private Concierge page, or contact us directly, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, job title, country and your answers to the form's questions.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange private introductions and schedule meetings you have asked for. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with Quantus Pulse, our deal-production platform, solely to arrange introductions and meetings on your behalf. Quantus Pulse processes the data under confidentiality and on our instructions. We never sell, rent or syndicate personal data.
How long we keep it
Lead information is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless an ongoing engagement requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by emailing concierge@aurelia-privateconcierge.com. We respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff bound by confidentiality.
