Nature of Service

Quantus Pulse is a software utility. It never holds client money or assets, does not act as a broker, estate agent or investment firm, and does not give regulated investment, legal, tax or medical advice.

Funds, title and custody always move directly between principals, their counterparties and regulated providers.

Know Your Customer & Buyer Verification

Off-market counterparties and their representatives usually need a verified buyer before they release information. Every member therefore completes identity verification before any introduction is made.

Our process: (1) verify the buyer; (2) canvass trusted contacts discreetly against the buyer's criteria, alongside open-market benchmarks; (3) the buyer reviews a shortlist; (4) the buyer is formally registered with the seller's representative before viewings take place, in person, by a representative or by video.

Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions

Mandates with a value above £50,000 cannot proceed until KYC is verified. Members are screened against UK, EU, UN and US sanctions lists and checked for politically exposed person (PEP) status before introductions.

We record source-of-wealth information where a counterparty requires it, and we refuse or end engagements where risk cannot be resolved. Suspicious activity is reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Member data is processed only to deliver the service. We never sell it or use it for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by role and logged.

KYC records are kept for five years after the relationship ends, as anti-money-laundering rules require. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed. Members can download a copy of their data or erase their account from Account settings; anyone can ask the privacy desk for a copy, a correction or erasure, answered within one month. The Privacy Notice sets out the full retention schedule.

Blind Introductions & Consent

Introductions are anonymised until both sides accept. Contact details are released only after mutual consent, and only to a verified, stored contact. Nothing is sent to a counterparty without operator approval.

Independent Legal Services & Direct Payment

When legal support is requested, Quantus Pulse may route the requirement to a separately verified law firm. The firm issues its own engagement terms, fee proposal and invoice; the client chooses whether to engage it and pays the firm directly using the firm's approved payment method.

Quantus Pulse does not provide legal advice and never collects, holds, routes or settles client legal-fee funds. Platform payment labels are status records only and must not be treated as bank or escrow evidence. This operating policy remains subject to specialist legal review before production reliance.

Conflicts of Interest & Complaints

Any fee or relationship with a counterparty is disclosed before engagement. Complaints can be raised through the contact desk. We acknowledge them within five working days and aim to resolve them within eight weeks.

Information Security & Incidents

Controls include strict access rules on every record, brute-force lockouts, audited administrative actions and sealed partner secrets. Material incidents are published on the Disclosures register.

AI Decision Support

All AI-generated output is decision support only. Principals remain responsible for their own due diligence and for every transaction they authorise.
