Our role & fees
What we do, what we charge, and what we disclose.
Our role
Quantus Pulse provides intelligence and introductions. It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, manage assets, hold client money, arrange or execute transactions, or act as a broker. Quantus is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Where an opportunity involves shares, debt or fund interests, we may restrict who can see it and how it is described, so that we don't make an unlawful financial promotion. This approach is being reviewed by specialist counsel.
How fees work
- Membership: a published monthly subscription.
- Engagement and sourcing fees: fixed fees for specific work, agreed in writing first.
- Success fee: payable only if a transaction completes between parties we introduced, at a rate set in signed terms.
See current prices on the pricing page. All fees are subject to signed terms.
Conflicts of interest
If Quantus may be paid by more than one party to an introduction, or if a professional source receives a referral fee, we tell both sides before the introduction goes ahead. Each side confirms they have seen this.
Legal fees
If you instruct an independent law firm through the platform, you pay that firm directly using its own payment details. Quantus never collects, holds or routes legal fees.
