Quantus Pulse

How it works

From mandate to a qualified conversation.

Four steps, with a person making the decision at every step.

  1. Step 1

    Define the mandate

You describe what you are looking for: asset type, geography, size and timing. Your mandate is never published.

  2. Step 2

    Identify relevant opportunities

We match your mandate against official company registers, public filings, our own listings and opportunities submitted by owners and professionals.

  3. Step 3

    Verify the context

We check the source, ownership signals and transaction context. Each opportunity shows its evidence, date and a score that explains its reasoning.

  4. Step 4

    Make a consented introduction

When you request an introduction, the counterparty receives an anonymous invitation. Contact details are shared only if both sides accept.

Where people decide

  • Every mandate is reviewed before matching begins.
  • Every opportunity is reviewed before it is shown as verified.
  • Every introduction needs your request and the other party's acceptance.
  • No message goes to any outside party without operator approval.

After the introduction

Once both sides accept, a private deal room opens for sharing documents. Each file opens through a short-lived, logged link. Negotiation, legal work and completion happen between the parties and their own advisers. Quantus never holds client funds.
