Privacy Notice

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy or have it erased.

Who we are

Quantus Pulse is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact the privacy desk at privacy@quantuspulse.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, sign-in methods and security settings.
  • Profile and preferences you give us, including company, sectors of interest and notification choices.
  • Identity-check documents and results, where a counterparty requires a verified buyer.
  • Mandates, briefs, introductions, messages and documents you share through the platform.
  • Billing and payment records. Card details are held by our payment provider, not by us.
  • Usage and security logs, such as sign-ins and privileged actions.
  • Enquiries from people without an account, sent through our forms or email.
  • Public business records, such as company registers, and published business contact details used for partner research.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service you signed up for (contract): running your account, mandates and introductions.
  • To meet legal duties: accounting records, and identity checks under our Compliance policy.
  • For legitimate interests: keeping the platform secure, preventing fraud, and researching businesses using published business contacts. You can object at any time.
  • With your consent, where we ask for it, for example optional updates. You can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share your intentions with the market.

Who we share it with

  • A counterparty, only after both sides accept an introduction, and only the contact details you agreed to release.
  • A verified law firm, only when you ask for legal support. The firm deals with you directly.
  • Service providers who run the platform for us: hosting and database, email delivery, payments, error monitoring and AI drafting tools. They act on our instructions.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms. subject to legal review

How long we keep it

Account, profile, preferences, messages, uploads and activity

Until you erase your account, which you can do at any time.

Billing, invoices and payment records

Six years, for tax and accounting.

Identity checks (KYC)

Five years after the relationship ends, under our Compliance policy.

Signed agreements, introductions and deal-room documents shared with a counterparty

As long as needed for legal claims, normally six years after the relationship ends. An operator reviews these when you ask for erasure.

Security and audit logs

Kept so we can show who did what. After erasure they refer to you only by an internal reference number, not your name or email.

Enquiries from people without an account

Until handled, then removed on request.

Do-not-contact list

An address is kept only so we never email it again after you opt out or ask for erasure.

These periods are subject to legal review before Quantus Pulse operates at production scale.
