Values
- Evidence first. Every signal shows where it came from and when.
- Human judgement. A person reviews before anyone is contacted.
- Consent. Identities are released only when both parties accept.
- Disclosure. Fees and any conflicts are stated before an introduction proceeds.
- Discretion. Mandates are never published, and fewer, better opportunities beat volume.
