Nature of the Service

Quantus Pulse is a software utility. It processes unstructured market intelligence, aggregates off-market asset data, and executes deterministic semantic analysis. It holds no financial custody, operates no brokerage, and provides no regulated investment, legal, medical, or tax advice.

Payment rails available through the platform exist solely to facilitate service fees and member-directed settlement instructions. Title, funds, and custody are held and moved by the principal and their chosen counterparties and regulated providers — never by Quantus Pulse.

All AI-generated output is decision support only. Principals remain solely responsible for their own diligence and for every transaction they authorise.
