Quantus Pulse is not a marketplace. It is a deal production service for sovereign principals. This guide explains the intake structure that produces the sharpest, fastest response — and what happens after.
The flow
Apply
Submit an application with a structured mandate brief. A sovereign architect reviews in confidence and responds within 72 hours.
Verification & Invite
Approved principals receive a one-time Pulse Key. KYC is completed inside the Vault — no documents leave your device unencrypted.
Mandate Intake
Your structured brief becomes a live mandate inside the Control Room. Sourcing agents intercept off-market signal across the relevant verticals.
Curated Deals
Only deals scoring above your tier's floor surface. Everything else is held in the Vault. You decide what to advance.
Consented Introduction
When both sides accept, identities are shared and a private deal room opens. Completion runs through your own advisers; Quantus never holds funds.
Mandate brief structure
A strong mandate brief is concrete. Use these seven fields as your template — copy them into the application form and replace the examples with your own.

- —Name a time horizon — even if it is 'opportunistic'.
- —Disclose your decision-making structure (principal, CIO, trustee).
- —Flag constraints up front: jurisdiction, provenance, broker chain.
Don't
- —Don't paste a generic 'looking for opportunities' message.
- —Don't omit the budget envelope — it gates which channels we open.
- —Don't list every vertical. Pick the two or three that are real.
- —Don't send confidential documents in the application — wait for the Vault.
