Edition October 2026 · Confidential

Chapter 1

Doctrine & Architecture

Quantus Pulse is a deal production engine. It intercepts off-market assets and delivers commit-ready transactions. It is not a CRM, broker, or custodian.

What the platform does

  • Takes a principal's brief (a mandate) and scores it against official company and estate records.
  • Surfaces strong matches as gold Intercept Alerts for the operator to pursue.
  • Holds no client funds and gives no regulated advice.

The verticals

  • Real Estate, Aviation, Marine, Art & Antiquities, Hard Assets, Sovereignty, Longevity, Security, Sovereign Finance, Jewelry & Gemstones, Automotive, Natural Resources.

Chapter 2

Filing a Mandate

There are four ways a brief enters the pipeline. All of them land in the same live pipeline.

1. Apply (/apply)

  • Choose an asset class, enter budget, corridor, horizon, constraints and decision authority.
  • All seven fields are required before the brief can be submitted.

2. Concierge onboarding (/concierge/start)

  • Create an account, file the brief, then pay the engagement retainer.
  • Retainer bands: £2,500 up to £1M · £7,500 for £1–10M · £15,000 for £10–50M · £25,000 above £50M.

3. Operator wizard (/quantus-pulse)

  • Internal staff use the 5-step Mandate Intake Wizard.
  • Budgets can be entered in GBP, USD, EUR, CHF, AED or SGD. Each brief is capped at roughly £21M.

4. Partner API

  • Partners such as Aurelia post briefs with an issued API key. See /docs/aurelia-api.

Chapter 3

Interception & Match Scoring

Every new mandate is scored automatically against all registry records the moment it is filed.

How a score is built

  • Vertical match: 50 points.
  • Jurisdiction / corridor match: 30 points.
  • Budget envelope fit: 20 points.

Intercept Alerts

  • A score of 80 or more creates a gold Intercept badge on the mandate card.
  • The mandate owner receives one notification. Closed mandates are skipped.

Reviewing matches

  • Tap the gold badge to open ranked matches with official record links.
  • Use “View in Entity Graph” to see the company in context, or “Export tear-sheet (PDF)” for a one-page dossier.

Chapter 4

The Sovereign Vault

Upload deeds and documents. Key facts are read on your device before anything is sealed.

Uploading

  • Open /vault and choose a file (PDF or text).
  • The platform extracts deed dates, entity names and figures (including m / billion / k amounts).

Sealing

  • Review the “Extracted Deed Intelligence” card.
  • Choose Confirm & seal, Seal without summary, or Cancel.

Where it appears

  • Sealed documents add a gold ring to matching companies in the Entity Graph.

Chapter 5

Entity & Estate Graph

A live map of UK Companies House and US SEC EDGAR records grouped by vertical.

Using the graph

  • Open /dashboard/entities. Select any node to view its details and sealed Vault intelligence.
  • Links from a match open the graph with that company pre-selected.

Sovereign List

  • Add any company to your private watchlist with notes from /quantus-pulse.

Chapter 6

Partner Operations

Tools for managing referral partners such as Aurelia.

Partner briefs (/admin/partner-briefs)

  • See every brief submitted by partners.
  • Generate single-use client invitations attributed to a partner.

API keys (/admin/aurelia-api)

  • Issue and revoke partner keys, choose scopes, inspect webhooks and track referrals.

Chapter 7

Security & Account Protection

Accounts are protected by server-side checks that cannot be bypassed from the browser.

Sign-in protection

  • Five failed attempts lock the account for 15 minutes.
  • Email one-time codes protect sensitive actions. Sign out all devices from /settings/sessions.

Privacy

  • Obsidian Mode masks client and vendor identities with one tap.
